Fully Customized Trust for a Single Individual - $149

This option is for an Illinois resident to write a Living Trust as part of an estate plan.

A Will is used to instruct probate court how to distribute your property. A Living Trust is a probate avoidance tool to never start the probate process at all.

You create the Trust and are called the grantor or trustor.

The trustee has compete power over property in the Trust. The original trustee is yourself.

The successor trustee transfers ownership of the principal (property) after your death.

Trust beneficiaries receive the principal (property) from the successor trustee.

The reason that property in the Trust avoids probate is because the trustee owns the property. Upon your death, a new trustee simply takes over that duty.

You shall receive a fully customized Living Trust based on your life, property, family, and personal preferences. Once payment is received and the written Attorney-Client agreement acknowledged, you will receive access to a secure collaborative file sharing platform to exchange documents and information, such as family details.

An add-on service is available if you own real estate that is meant to be included with the Living Trust for an additional fee and attorney-client agreement. The add-on includes the deed to transfer the real estate into the Trust.

Each page of the Trust includes a notary provision. While not required by law, Michael E. Byczek includes these provisions for the best possible protection.
